Dear Guests, To ensure your stay at Thermalresort Köck is as relaxing and seamless as possible, we have compiled the following information for you.

Bathrobe Access to Therme 1 & Saunahof

You enjoy the convenience of reaching the Therme 1 spa, the treatment areas, the resident physicians Dr. Haßfurter & Dr. von Moreau, and the Saunahof directly via our heated underground bathrobe corridor.

• Access: The corridor begins in our basement.

• Etiquette: We kindly request that you wear bathing shoes when entering the spa area.

• Fees: Access to the Saunahof will be charged at the current rate (see www.koeck.de). These fees, along with any consumption (food, drinks, solarium), will be conveniently charged to your hotel bill.

Opening Hours

Therme 1 (Thermal Baths):

• Mon – Tue: 07:30 am to 06:00 pm

• Wed – Sun: 07:30 am to 09:00 pm

Thermenrestaurant “d’Kuchl”:

• Mon – Tue: 10:00 am to 05:00 pm

• Wed – Sun: 09:00 am to 07:00 pm (Please note: The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the restaurant.)

Saunahof (Sauna Village):

• Daily: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Including infusion times/Aufgüsse)

Breakfast

Our breakfast room is located on the ground floor and is open daily from 07:30 am to 10:00 am. You are welcome to choose your preferred table freely each morning. We kindly ask you to dress appropriately and refrain from wearing bathrobes in the breakfast area.

Your Multi-Functional Chip Wristband

Upon arrival, you will receive a chip wristband that serves as your universal key and payment method:

• Access: It opens all essential doors (main entrance, underground garage, room door) as well as your room safe and spa locker.

• Payment: It acts as a cashless payment method within Therme 1 and the Saunahof.

• Loss: Please inform us immediately if your wristband is lost so we can deactivate it. A replacement is available for a fee of €15.00.

Leisure: Golf & Tennis

As a guest of our house, you benefit from exclusive partnerships:

• Golf: Guests receive a 25% Green Fee discount at the Thermengolf Club Bad Füssing and further discounts at other clubs in the Danube-Inn region. We are happy to reserve tee times for you at reception.

• Tennis: Enjoy a 20-30% discount on indoor and outdoor courts at TC Bad Füssing.

Housekeeping & Sustainability

Our rooms are cleaned from Monday to Saturday. To help us protect the environment, we change towels and bed linen upon request:

• Towels: Please leave towels on the floor or in the shower if you wish them to be replaced.

• Bed Linen: Use the provided “cube” on your bed to indicate a requested change.

Technical Features in Your Room

Kitchenette & Hob: Some rooms feature a ceramic hob. If the display shows “LO”, the child safety lock is active. To deactivate it, simply press and hold the key symbol for 5 seconds.

Television & Radio:

• Channel List: Press “OK” while the TV is on.

• Radio: Press the “Arrow Left” button twice to reach the Radio function.

• Streaming: In the “INFORMATION” menu, you can mirror your smartphone (“Connect my device”) or connect your own hardware (e.g., Firestick/Laptop) via one of the three HDMI ports.

Room Safe: Your room safe is operated conveniently using your chip wristband.

Climate Control: The touch display on your wall allows you to regulate the temperature, cooling (summer), and heating (winter). It also controls the balcony sunshade and lighting. Please note that the system deactivates automatically when windows or balcony doors are opened.

Connectivity & Communication

• Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas. Please select the network “Koeck Gaeste” (no password required). An internet terminal is also available in the lounge area on the ground floor.

• Telephone: Your room has a direct-dial telephone.

  • Internal calls: Dial the room number directly (free of charge).

  • External calls: Press “0” for an outside line. Calls to German, Austrian, Swiss, and Czech landlines, as well as German mobile networks, are free of charge.

  • Wake-up call: Dial *72 followed by the four-digit time (e.g., *720730 for 07:30 am).

General Amenities

• Daily Press: Current newspapers (e.g., Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Welt) are available in the ground floor lounge.

• Beverages: A vending machine with beer, soft drinks, sparkling wine, and coffee pods is located in the basement.

• Laundry: A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement near the fitness room. Laundry detergent is provided free of charge.

• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, provided the doors remain closed to prevent smoke from entering the room.

Departure (Check-Out)

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am on your day of departure. Please return your chip wristband to the reception. We would value the opportunity to bid you a personal farewell before you leave.
